A new ferry will connect Ibiza, Palma and Dénia in the summer

10 May, 2023

Baleària will reinforce its connections between Dénia (Alicante) and Ibiza and Palma with the incorporation of the Bahama Mama ferry during the summer campaign to respond to the high demand in the summer season and promote weekend trips between the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

So, from mid-June, the shipping company will offer four additional connections a week with the Ibizan port and two with Palma. The ferry will complement the daily rotation of the fast ferry Eleanor Roosevelt on the triangular route with Ibiza and Majorca and the connections of the fast ferry Ramon Llull with the Pitiusas.

From Friday to Monday, the shipping company will link the Peninsula with Ibiza in a 3.5-hour journey, departing at 7:30 a.m. from the Dianense port and returning at 8:30 p.m. Likewise, on Fridays and Sundays the ferry will complete the route to Palma, departing from the port of Ibiza at 11:30 a.m. and returning at 4:30 p.m. to Ibiza and Dénia. In addition, the shipping company has scheduled additional services to meet the days of greatest demand in July and August.
