Madrid offers personalised tourist information via videocall
14 June, 2023The city of Madrid provides its visitors with a first approach to the destination through the 360º virtual tourist service, which allows travellers to plan their visit before arriving in the city and to get to know digitally, and with the live advice of professional operators, some of the main tourist resources: museums, parks, historic gardens, temples, churches, monuments and cultural spaces in Madrid.
This service already offers 55 digital experiences with 360-degree vision. The Costume Museum, the Royal Tapestry Factory, the collegiate church, the “ermita”, the chapel or the cemetery of San Isidro, the church of San Antonio de los Alemanes, the Casa de la Panadería or the Temple of Debod are some of the latest experiences that have been added.
Through a video call, users can choose any of the experiences and have real-time information provided by the tourist operator about the chosen asset. A personalised and on-demand service that the tourist operator completes with advice and additional plans depending on the interests, needs and expectations of the trip.
