7 popular cultural attractions in Spain
19 July, 2023The online booking platform for museums and cultural attractions Tiqets has unveiled its sales figures for Spain so far this year and specifies that it continues to be one of the largest markets for the Dutch company. One of the figures it shares is that eight of the top ten attractions booked by tourists from all over the world in Spain are in Barcelona; the Sagrada Familia being the favourite, followed by Park Güell and the Barcelona sightseeing bus.
This year's popular cultural attractions are made up of well-known classics and temporary exhibitions that are attracting considerable attention from visitors:
- Immersive exhibition of Tutankhamun. At Matadero Madrid, it allows you to travel 3,400 years back in time and delve into the temples, treasures and secrets of ancient Egypt.
- Santiago Bernabéu stadium. An opportunity to discover one of the most historic football stadiums and home of Real Madrid.
