Mandarin Oriental to open luxury residences in Madrid
13 September, 2023Pictet, a Swiss wealth and asset management group, and Blasson Property Investments, a real estate investment firm, have signed an agreement with Mandarín Oriental to launch their first branded residence project in Madrid, in the Salamanca district. Other companies in the sector already have their residences with hotel services in the Spanish capital, now this initiative is being added.
The Mandarin Oriental Residences Madrid will have 30 homes on seven floors and will offer hotel catering services and amenities. Architecture studio Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos and decoration studio Cosmic will join the project, expected to be completed by December 2024 and with the opening to take place in January 2025.
The two and three bedroom homes will have living spaces from 180 to 283 m2. Each residence will include a private balcony and six units will have private pools. In addition, there will be three separate access points to the building: for pedestrians, private vehicles, goods and guests, and will include three parking spaces per unit.
