A lifestyle hotel prepares to open in San Sebastian
20 September, 2023Letoh Letoh, the lifestyle brand of the Room007 chain, opens its first accommodation in San Sebastian (Basque Country), where the hostel and boutique hotel company has two other projects underway. This hotel is located on the corner of Calle Matia 18 and Calle Sukia, just a few metres from La Concha Bay and the Peine del Viento, the famous sculpture by Eduardo Chillida.
The new Letoh Letoh has 61 rooms, a bar-restaurant, wine bar and cafeteria. The building façades are original as the building is protected with grade D of the Special Plan for Built Urban Heritage but the interior has been completely rebuilt to convert it into a hotel.
“We are very excited to open in San Sebastian, an incredible city where we hope to announce two more new establishments very soon”, said Nacho Requena, founder and CEO of Room007, regarding this addition.
