Gran Canaria showcases its luxury tourism offer in Scotland
25 October, 2023Gran Canaria Tourism has participated in the TW Scotland Aspire Escape, which took place in the Highlands of Scotland, and consisted of two days of training days, typical Scottish activities and networking sessions that have permitted creating closer professional connections between the select number of agents and the selected suppliers chosen for this professional event.
A total of 20 top-level agents, invited by Travel Weekly, took part in this exclusive event and met with a select number of suppliers, including Gran Canaria. Attendance at this type of event allows the destination to position the island’s top-quality product among the best on the market.
It also increased the agents’ knowledge of the island’s five-star hotels and complementary activities for the luxury segment, such as fine dining and golf wellbeing, among others. This type of tourism combines a stay in the south with a few days at the summit and in the island’s capital, an option that allows visitors to carry out very different activities in the destination.
