Tivoli lands in Spain opening a hotel in Tenerife
8 November, 2023The Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand (Minor Hotels group) has made its debut in Spain by opening the new Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort in the Canaries. It is a luxury resort previously operated by Sheraton. “After an extensive renovation, the resort has officially opened its doors,” said the new management of the establishment.
The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Tenerife South International Airport. It also has direct access to the 12 km promenade, which connects the village of La Caleta with the town of Los Cristianos. The resort also has 1,200 square metres of indoor and outdoor facilities; the wellness area includes ten treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and an ice igloo.
The gastronomic offer of the Tivoli La Caleta includes proposals designed by Olivier da Costa, a Portuguese chef with 27 restaurants worldwide. The hotel will have three different restaurants and a beach club. The hotel also has over 890 square metres of meeting space overlooking the ocean.
