The Novotel Valencia will open in the second half of 2024
15 November, 2023Accor and the Swiss group Pictet will open a Novotel branded hotel in Valencia in the second half of 2024, in the building of the former Expo Hotel. The 12-storey building will be completely renovated, meeting the sustainability standards and regulations of the Accor hotel group. The establishment will be managed by the Hesperia Group.
The conversion project will include 370 rooms, A coffee shop and restaurant, rooftop terrace, gym, breakfast room and a large meeting area and co-working area. There will also be an adjacent car park. The renovation will be led by the architecture and interior design studio Mönica Fullana.
The future Novotel Valencia hotel will have a rooftop with an outdoor swimming pool and a bar that will become a popular landmark in the city of Valencia. The establishment will be the first in Spain to be designed by Sundukovy Sisters.
