The 15 Spanish cities which receive the most international tourism
22 November, 2023Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca are the three Spanish cities that receive the highest number of international tourists staying in hotels. The Balearic capital is up 10% this year compared to 2019. But which other cities receive a significant volume of visitors throughout the year?
By comparing the figures for 2022 with those for 2019 - before the pandemic - from the INE’s Hotel Occupancy Survey, it has finally been possible to establish which cities and municipalities receive the most international visitors. They are all places to consider for a new visit to Spain.
