Benidorm will have a 44-storey skyscraper with a hotel
17 January, 2024Gran Delfin, located on the front line of Benidorm’s Poniente Beach, will occupy the site of the legendary Gran Hotel Delfin, an icon of the Valencian city which opened in 1963. Goya Real Estate confirmed that this approval “marks a key milestone” because it allows the next phase of the development, which combines residential and holiday development, to move forward.
Part of Gran Delfin will be used to create a hotel enclave with exclusive services such as a sauna, spa, lobby, gym, yoga and Pilates area, co-working spaces, gardens, sky gardens, tennis courts, social club, restaurant and pools
The 100 homes, which will have a hall with independent access but will also be able to enjoy the services of the hotel, will have a pool, sky gardens and exclusive areas to guarantee privacy and tranquillity. And they will have licences for tourist use, which will allow the owners to rent them for all types of stays without restrictions.
