The Fergus chain adds a new hotel in Lloret de Mar
24 January, 2024The Fergus hotel group has added the 367-room Clipper hotel in Lloret de Mar to its portfolio. The new asset will be operated as Hotel Clipper Affiliated by Fergus. With this establishment, the Mallorcan group (which landed in this Catalan town a mere two years ago) now has more than 1,500 rooms in the destination.
According to Fergus Group, “the Clipper Hotel is an independent asset with 367 rooms built over an area of more than 15,600 m2”, and that from this season 2024, it will operate under the new identity. The establishment is located opposite the popular Casino de Lloret de Mar, very close to all the leisure and entertainment on offer in the largest tourist resort on the Costa Brava.
The establishment has spacious rooms, a pool with solarium, a buffet restaurant and an events room. “The hotel has been operated independently by the Gallart family, owners since its inception in the 1960s, but in this new phase they have decided to rely on the expertise and know-how of Fergus Group to take over the management and repositioning of the asset in the market”, said the hotel group.
