Iberostar hotel in Madrid to become a 5* Nômade hotel
21 February, 2024Millennium Hospitality Real Estate has signed an agreement with Nomade People for the opening of the Hotel Nômade Madrid, in the current Iberostar Las Letras Gran Vía. The hotel will be repositioned once the new contract commences, from 30 June, and they expect the rebranding to be completed by the last quarter of 2025.
The hotel at Calle Gran Vía 11 is located practically at the corner of Gran Vía and Alcalá, today the cultural and commercial epicentre of Madrid, next to other luxury establishments, including the JW Marriot, and the future boutique hotels Zorrilla 19 and Nobu Madrid, also owned by Millennium.
Note that the future Nômade Madrid hotel will be a 5-star hotel with 93 rooms, 16 of which will be in the suites category, as well as common areas including different areas and restaurant concepts, a members’ club, a spa and wellness area and a rooftop.
