15 RIU hotels in Spain win awards from TUI
24 April, 2024A total of 15 hotels of the RIU Hotels & Resorts chain in Spain have been recognised with the “TUI Quality Winner Award”. The world's largest tourism group, TUI, has awarded its distinctions to RIU hotels located in ten countries, with the Spanish hotels receiving by far the most awards.
It should be noted that RIU Hotels & Resorts has 97 hotels in 21 countries, which in 2023 welcomed 6.4 million guests and employed a total of 35,808 people. RIU is currently the 36th largest chain in the world, the 1st in Spain by revenue and the fourth by number of rooms.
