Blau Hotels reposition an iconic resort of Mallorca
8 May, 2024The Blau Hotels & Resorts chain has carried out the second stage of the refurbishment of the Blau Punta Reina hotel in Mallorca, with investment of over €8 million. The season began with a further 212 upgraded rooms, modernised common areas, including the Lounge Bar and the Pool Bar, expansion of the leisure area and new meeting rooms.
The upgrading carried out at the Hotel Blau Punta Reina for the 2024 season aims to position the establishment as a benchmark for quality family tourism but it is also a commitment to complementary segments, such as MICE. It now seeks to improve the customer experience with larger and better equipped rooms, as well as new bars and meeting rooms.
The Blau Punta Reina hotel was the first establishment with which the Roxa Group made its debut in the hotel business in 1990. In 2008 the establishment upgraded its category from 3 to 4 stars and in 2019 a refurbishment was carried out in 300 of the resort’s 800 rooms.
