Tenerife to host the 4th Turespaña convention in October
15 May, 2024The Spanish Tourism Institute (Turespaña) and Turismo Tenerife have signed the agreement to organise the 4th Turespaña Convention, which will take place from 1 to 3 October 2024 at the La Pirámide de Arona convention centre in Playa de Las Américas, in the south of the island of Tenerife, and will bring together over 550 professionals from different tourist destinations and companies in the sector.
The Convention aims to create an area for meeting and collaboration between Spanish tourist destinations and companies offering tourism products and services in Spain, to create a stable network of relationships, exchange best practices and set joint objectives, while also accommodating the private sector.
The central theme of this fourth edition will be the digitalisation of the tourism sector and its use in developing new products and experiences for visitors, as well as improving management models for destinations and companies, guaranteeing effective sustainability.
