The second hotel of Meliá and Rafa Nadal’s brand opens in Costa Brava
29 May, 2024The ZEL brand, created by Meliá Hotels International and Rafa Nadal, will expand its presence this summer with a second hotel on the Costa Brava: ZEL Costa Brava, which will open in June in Cala Giverola -a few minutes from Tossa de Mar- and will combine fun and relaxation.
The hotel has 214 rooms and suites, divided into various categories of 1, 2 and 3 rooms called Suites, Junior Suites, Casa ZEL and Duplex, all with views of the sea, mountains, gardens, or in most cases, a combination of all of them.
According to the hotel chain, the first hotel in Mallorca “has shown its success with a considerable increase in occupancy of 20%”. And it has also highlighted customer satisfaction numbers, with an 80% NPS, along with a change in segmentation and a 50% increase in superior room sales.
