Casual to open a Mediterranean-themed hotel in Ibiza
3 July, 2024The Casual Hoteles chain has just signed an agreement to incorporate a hotel under rental system in Ibiza, which will mean the chain arriving in the Balearic Islands. The establishment will open its doors in 2025.
The hotel will operate under the name Casual Bahia Ibiza, will be in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, will have 42 rooms and will open in April next year, as confirmed by Juan Carlos Sanjuán, president of Casual Hoteles.
“The establishment, which is to be renovated, will be themed with a Mediterranean-inspired project by the interior designer Raquel Sanjuán Studio,” Sanjuán said. In 2023 Casual Hotels managed to grow more in profits than in revenues and has set itself the target of achieving 50 establishments in five years.
