The new Soletes for Spanish restaurants in 2024

More than 750 “Soletes” have been selected by 125 leading chefs, including Ángel León, Begoña Rodrigo, Diego Guerrero, Elena Arzak, Joan Roca and Pepe Solla. These places, from terraces and beach bars to wine bars and ice cream parlours, offer affordable and memorable dining experiences.
According to the Repsol Guide, these Soletes recommended by the chefs include 550 new establishments and 200 already recognised in previous editions. The chefs have shared their personal preferences, highlighting the quality and the welcoming atmosphere of these places. The Repsol Guide app makes it easy to find these places with more than 4,000 geo-located establishments.
The Soletes have been presented in Lorca with the collaboration of the Government of the Region of Murcia and the local Town Hall, just in time for the high tourist season. This guide is especially valuable for locating trusted sites recommended by Spain’s most reputable chefs, which are ideal for discovering Spanish gastronomy.
