Intelier to open a new hotel in Valencia in 2025
14 August, 2024The development company V5 Housing and the hotel chain of Grupo Gimeno, now Intelier, announced that a 4-star Premium hotel is under construction, next to the Malvarrosa beach in Valencia, which will open its doors in 2025. The site on which the hotel is being built has been unused for decades.
The new establishment will have 170 rooms distributed between five and seven floors, its own car park and a penthouse floor with a terrace. The company has underlined that the project “represents an important milestone” in the promotion of tourism development in the Maritime district and specifically for the unique Malvarrosa neighbourhood.
Intelier will be in charge of the management and operation of this new hotel in Valencia. “For us, it is very special to grow in the Valencian Community and we are very happy to do it with a partner like V5 Housing with whom we share values and business philosophy,” said Myriam Gimeno, MD of the chain.
