30 October, 2024

The Palace of Paradinas in Segovia (Castilla y León), a 15th century architectural jewel, will host a 5-star hotel from next summer after the refurbishment of its facilities. The building has a surface area of 750 m2, to which a large 500 m2 hall will be added for congresses and events.

The developers, led by Noemí Martín Zaplana, claim that “it will be a new era for this iconic building, which will become a first-class destination in the heart of the Segovian countryside for discerning guests and history lovers”. This sector professional, its future director, has developed her career in luxury hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid or the Luxury Collection Marqués de Riscal.

According to the same sources, the refurbishment being carried out aims to “preserve and enhance the rich architectural heritage of this historic building, while adapting it to modern 5-star hotel standards”. The budget is 1.5 million euros, for which they have received a grant from European funds.
