The Puy de Fou leisure park will have three hotels

6 November, 2024

The Government of Castilla-La Mancha has signed the initial approval to undertake the ninth modification of the Project of Singular Interest (PSI) of the Puy de Fou leisure park in Toledo, which will allow “new educational uses” and the construction of three hotels to meet the city’s current demand. This will involve an investment in the park of 250 million euros.

This amount will be used for the creation of three new hotels with an investment of 58 million euros. According to the local authorities, this extension of the tertiary hotel use seeks to respond to these 1.1 million visitors that the park receives annually and which last year generated 250,000 overnight stays in Toledo.

The three new hotels will create the places “that the city as a whole needs to cater for the tourism that will always come to enjoy the city’s World Heritage Site and the Puy du Fou tourist attraction”, said the Minister of Development, Nacho Hernando.
