EasyJet announces 12 new routes to Spain for peak season 2025

Airline easyJet has announced 12 new routes for the 2025 summer season in seven cities in Spain: Malaga, Palma, Reus, Alicante, Almería, Madrid and Gran Canarias. Malaga and Palma de Mallorca benefit the most with 3 new routes each for the British low cost airline.

Malaga Airport gains more than 62,000 additional seats through new connections from Newcastle, operational on 31 March 2025, as well as from Leeds Bradford, from 2 April. Meanwhile, Palma de Mallorca Airport is adding more than 56,000 seats with new routes from Leeds Bradford from 2 April.

In Catalonia, Reus Airport will add over 33,000 seats, with new routes from Belfast, which will start on 5 April; and from Glasgow, which starts on 2 June. Almería is also adding a new route from London Luton, from 1 June, with over 14,000 seats.

In Madrid, easyJet is adding a new route from Manchester, operating from 23 June, with 20,000 seats and, in the Canary Islands, Gran Canaria will be linked to Birmingham International Airport, with more than 17,000 seats, in a new connection that will start on 2 May.
