Playa de Palma will have a new convention centre
12 February, 2025Work has already begun on the Aubamar Convention Centre, the future convention centre in Playa de Palma (Mallorca). Under the auspices of the hotel chain Aubamar Hotels, a period of transformation is beginning that reaffirms the company’s commitment to the development of quality tourism in Mallorca, with a strong focus on the MICE sector.
With an investment of over 2 million euros, this convention centre, which will open its doors in June 2025, is designed to become a benchmark in the congress and events sector, thus offering an innovative and comprehensive proposal for business tourism on the island.
Strategically located between Palma airport and the capital, it will occupy the space where a cycling company previously operated and will be transformed into a convention centre with modern facilities and the latest technology, with a clear commitment to local and market cuisine and with a capacity to accommodate over 250 people.
