Jet2 expands its operations with Spain by 380,000 seats for the summer
12 February, 2025The airline Jet2.com has unveiled its growth plan for 2025, offering more than 4.3 million seats to Spain during the next peak season, 10% more than in the previous year. Over the past year, the airline has consolidated its position as the seventh largest airline in the Aena network and the second largest in terms of passenger volume from the UK, exceeding five million.
In this way, Jet2.com transported one in every four visitors arriving from the UK to our country, accounting for 25% of the total volume of arrivals. Far from being satisfied with this, the airline will add more than 380,000 extra seats this year, offering 4.3 million seats between April and October.
In total, the company will operate 145 routes from the UK, 22 more than the previous summer. In addition, 17 of them will be exclusive, and there will be a peak of over 800 weekly flights in the high season.
