Green light for a large complex with hotels and beach in Seville
12 March, 2025The promoters of a new hotel and leisure complex in Seville are celebrating the approval of the local authorities for the initiative, which has started with an investment of €100 million and a first phase for the acquisition of a 12-hectare (120,000 m2) plot of land.
The Romanian investor, Forty Management, one of the developers of the complex together with the company Crystal Lagoons, has reported that it has already started the development of Lagoon City, an ambitious project that has been accepted by the local authorities, although it is still in the phase of permits and licences.

“The development of the Lagoon City project was accepted by the local public authority after its presentation to Bormujos Town Council, which will support this important investment with the rapid approval of the urban planning documentation,” the developers explain in a statement published on their website.
