SmartRental to open short-stay accommodation in Valencia
12 March, 2025This March, SmartRental Group plans to open Smartr Valencia Turia, the company’s third asset in Valencia, but the first of the brand dedicated to short and medium-term accommodation. The establishment has 24 holiday accommodation units, including 19 studios and 5 one-bedroom apartments, designed for short-stay travellers.
The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, incorporating energy efficiency and sustainability criteria, guaranteeing maximum comfort for guests. The facilities at this accommodation include common areas such as a gym, co-working space and an equipped dining area.
