ASQ Awards: Europe’s best airport is in Spain
19 March, 2025Palma de Mallorca Airport has been recognised as the Best Airport in Europe in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) 2024 awards, granted by the Airports Council International (ACI). This recognition highlights the quality of the service offered to passengers and positions Spain as a benchmark in airport experience. Along with Palma de Mallorca, other Spanish airports in the Aena network have received awards, reflecting the high level of the sector in the country.
The ASQ awards are presented annually by ACI World, evaluating the passenger experience at airports around the world. They are based on surveys of travellers, who rate aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, process efficiency and the comfort of the facilities. These awards are considered one of the most prestigious in the airport industry.
