EasyJet opens new UK markets to Palma, Alicante and Malaga
11 April, 2025EasyJet has reopened its seasonal bases in Palma, Alicante and Malaga for the 2025 summer season, with a schedule of almost seven million seats between these three airports. The airline thus expands its route network and strengthens its presence in the UK market with new connections to the UK.
In Palma, the offer exceeds three million seats, with five new routes, including Leeds Bradford, in the UK. Alicante has 1.7 million seats, 11% more than the previous year, while Malaga has more than 2.1 million, also with a growth of 11%. From the Andalusian city, passengers will be able to fly for the first time with easyJet to Leeds Bradford and Newcastle, two British airports that join the network of destinations.

In total, the company has added 12 new routes at these three bases, as part of an expansion that encompasses 24 new routes throughout Spain. According to the airline, this seasonal model allows it to explore new markets and offer more travel options with direct and accessible connections.
