Seville joins the global map of luxury with Four Seasons

30 July, 2025

The international Four Seasons chain has announced the opening of its first hotel in Seville by the end of 2027, in partnership with Blasson Property Investments. The project, valued at over €80 million, marks the brand’s third foray into Spain after Madrid and Mallorca. The new hotel will occupy the Generali building, in the central Plaza Nueva and will be transformed into a benchmark establishment for luxury tourism in Andalusia.

With only 60 rooms and suites, the future Four Seasons Sevilla will be committed to a high-end experience that will include gastronomic spaces, wellness areas, and areas for events and meetings. The announcement was made in the presence of the Mayor José Luis Sanz, together with Four Seasons executives and Blasson’s founding partners, who highlighted the strategic value of the project for the city.

“This announcement is no coincidence”, declared the Mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz, underlining that it responds to an active policy to attract quality investment and consolidate Seville as a premium destination. Four Seasons, based in Canada, adds a new location to its global portfolio of 133 hotels in cities such as Paris, Dubai and Buenos Aires.
