A Radisson RED opens in the Golden Triangle of Art in Madrid
16 November, 2022The Radisson Hotel Group chain has just opened the doors of the Radisson RED Madrid, the brand's first in Spain, which is located on Calle de Atocha, in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Art, in a historic industrial building used as a sawmill in the 19th century, just 500 metres from the Atocha train station.
One of the brand’s characteristics is the strong focus on art and design, present in the 260 rooms (including 10 suites) and common areas. The hotel has room for events of up to 160 people (four hybrid rooms) and a gym will open in November. It also hosts three exclusive gastronomic experiences from the 5-star Michelin chef, Eneko Atxa:
- NKO: restaurant located on the ground floor, which fuses Basque and Japanese cuisine.
- NKO's Nigiri Basque House: restaurant on the roof of the hotel, with views of the Reina Sofia Museum.
- DeBokata: A takeaway corner, serving sandwiches with an innovative twist.
