700 airport representatives meet in Barcelona
12 July, 2023Aena is hosting the ACI EUROPE/WORLD 2023 Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition (WAGA 2023), the world's most important event for the airport and aviation sector. The Airports Council International conference, which was held in Barcelona until 28 June, brought together leading airport representatives and industry professionals.
The event was attended by more than 700 delegates from all ACI regions. Participants had the opportunity to establish partnerships, exchange knowledge and learn about the latest industry trends as the industry continues its recovery and plans for the future.
More than 700 airport representatives, regulators and analysts gathered to address the key challenges facing the airline industry post-pandemic. They shared data and projections and discussed issues such as regulation, policies, regional and international connectivity, as well as environmental, social and economic sustainability.
