5 of the 15 most popular tourist attractions in Europe are Spanish
30 August, 2023The ranking of the 15 tourist attractions in Europe with the highest percentage of 5* ratings on TripAdvisor includes five sites in Spain and in the number one position is the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba as this monument is the best rated visitable location in the whole continent, according to the users of the online portal specialised in ratings.
If we base ourselves on the percentage of five-star ratings that this monument has on TripAdvisor, according to data compiled by the travel agency Iglu Cruise, we can see that 86% of the ratings received by the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba are five stars.

In addition, in this top 15 ranking in Europe we find a total of five sites in Spain corresponding to the following places:
- Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba (1st place in the ranking).
- Alhambra in Granada (4th place).
- Plaza de España in Seville (5th place).
- Sagrada Familia in Barcelona (7th place).
- Alcázar in Seville (8th place)
