Easyjet’s 5 new routes between the UK and Spain

11 September, 2024

Easyjet is to increase routes between the UK and Spain, both in winter and summer. From December, it will start operating the connection between Edinburgh and Gran Canaria and, for the summer season, it will make its debut on routes from the new base at London Southend Airport, opening in March 2025, to Tenerife South, Gran Canaria, Almeria and Reus.

The connection between Edinburgh and Gran Canaria will take off on 7 December 2024 and will be available once a week, on Saturdays. The remaining routes, operational during the 2025 summer season, will start operations between March and April. The first to start will be the one between London Southend and Gran Canaria, available from 30 March with three weekly frequencies (Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays).

It will be followed by the one linking the same London airport with Tenerife South from 1 April, with three frequencies a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). On the same day, connections between London Southend and the airports of Almeria and Reus will also begin, in both cases with two flights a week (Tuesdays and Saturdays).
