The ultra-luxury of Marriott’s St. Regis arrives in Spain
2 October, 2024The first St. Marriott’s St. Regis Residences in Spain, on the Costa del Sol, will be built and marketed by the development company Caledonian, which has explained that the complex, The Residences, Casares - Costa del Sol is scheduled to open in 2026.
This project “marks an important milestone in the history of Caledonian, as it debuts the first ever independent St. Regis residences in Europe and the first in Spain, following the agreement signed with Marriott International”, the development company reported. In turn, Marriott International will be responsible for managing the St. Regis luxury property.
The St.Regis by Marriott complex will be built in Finca Cortesin (Casares-Malaga), on the Costa del Sol, between the towns of Sotogrande (Cadiz) and Marbella (Malaga). St. St. Regis, The Residences, Casares - Costa del Sol will feature 46 homes, each designed by architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK27.
