Fortunately, Spain has dozens of them, but 12 have also been declared World Heritage Sites, in order to preserve this legacy for posterity.

Salamanca Cathedral. Declared in 1988.
Segovia Cathedral. Declared in 1985.
Catedrales Mudéjares de Aragón (Zaragoza and Teruel). Declared in 1986.
Co-cathedral of Cáceres. Declared in 1986.
Seville Cathedral. Declared in 1987.
Catedrales del Camino de Santiago (Oviedo, Lugo, Bilbao, Mondoñedo and Santiago de Compostela). Declared in 1993.
León Cathedral. Declared in 1983.
Santa María de Burgos Cathedral. Declared in 1984.
Ávila Cathedral. Declared in 1985.
Cathedral of San Cristóbal de la Laguna (Tenerife). Declared in 1999.
Cuenca Cathedral. Declared in 1996.
Baeza Cathedral (Jaén). Declared in 2003.
